- Motivational videos that will inspire and keep you on track, useful resources, product reviews and the latest news on building muscle, nutrition and getting fit.
I also bring you reviews and recommendations of health and fitness products that can help you achieve your goals.
43 44 47 years old now and have been working-out since I was 17.
I spent 17 years in the military and am now a Fire Fighter in my local town.
Let’s get one thing straight – I’m no professional bodybuilder! And at my age, I ain’t gunna be that huge looking guy in the gym throwing 40kg dumbbells around.
I’m just a regular guy (who’s always had skinny arms and legs!) but has a real passion for working out, and want to look as good as I can.
There’s no point in feeding you a load of bullshit, and I’m here to tell you how it is – building a great looking body with good muscle definition takes a shit load of hard work and a lot of commitment. But it can be done, and it can be enjoyable!
From what you do in the gym, what you eat during the day, and how you rest – to even how you live your life, it all plays a part in building muscle and losing body fat.
Even at 40, 50 or 60+ you can add muscle and achieve a physique to be immensely proud of.
You may need to alter your training routines slightly as you get older, but the basic principles remain the same.
To your health and fitness goals!
